what can I do with a stamp?

You can save up and redeem them for discount. Discount vouchers are available from 100 stamps on. A voucher is valid for 3 months and can't be combined with other discounts.

They can be used online and in our Amsterdam Brandstore.

How about the birthday rewards?

To celebrate your birthday you'll receive a 10% off voucher for one time use. We highly recommend buying yourself a new birthday outfit! ;)

If you sign up and set your birthday to more than 30 days away, there is no issue. You will receive the reward on your birthday. If you sign up and set your birthday to less than 30 days away, you will need to fulfill a waiting period of 30 days from the date you set your birthday. Fraud prevention ensures all customers will have a waiting period of at least 30 days from the day they set their birthday.

Birthday vouchers are personal and can't be combined with other discount codes.

How do I collect Stamps?

You'll receive 1 Stamp with each euro spent in our online store or Amsterdam Brand Store.

Stamps will be added to your personal account once the order is shipped.

In case of (partial) returning the points are deducted from your points balance.

What do the different Tiers mean?

We have different benefits within our Loyalty program. Some benefits are only available to our Silver or Gold members. The more exclusive the benefit, the higher the member level.

Membership levels are reached based on minimum yearly spends.

We have a 'rolling year' principle. If you reach a new Tier your 12-month period starts for that Tier. You will be set back a Tier after the rolling year in case you haven't placed new purchases within the threshold.

When do I receive my Refer a Friend discount?

When your referred friend makes a purchase with a minimum order amount of 75 EUR you'll be rewarded in your account with 200 Stamps.

When do I see my Stamps adjustments?

Stamps earned with each purchase are updated once your order is processed and fulfilled.

In case of a (partial) return the refunded amount will be deducted from your Stamps balance.

Points earned using other program benefits may be reflected in your account immediately. With the exception of referrals.

How do I receive early access?

In order to receive early access you must also be subscribed to our newsletter. Otherwise we unfortunately can't reach you to give you access.
