EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We hope you love your new Stieglitz finds as much as we loved creating them. In case you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) you are welcome to exchange or return.
Exchanges and returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all labels attached and in their original packaging.
- Exchanges are free of charge within selected EU countries*
Exchanges are only possible once per order. - Return label costs: 4.85 to 5.95 EUR
with couriers like DHL, DPD and BPOST.
Available for selected EU countries* - Store drop offs are free of charge. Please do use the return portal to register your return prior your store visit.
- For all countries outside the EU, please consult the costs and taxes in your country.
- If your country is not listed you're welcome to return with your own preferred shipping company. Please note we don't reimburse your return costs.
*Available countries:
Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Czech Republic & Hungary.
Step 1. Register
Register the items you want to return or exchange and generate your return label at https://stieglitz.nl/returns. *
Note that only items registered via the link above can be refunded. Merging orders is unfortunately not possible due to our automated process to process your returns as soon as possible.
Step 2. Ship
Follow the steps in the return portal and ship your return or exchange with the chosen courier.
Always keep your proof of shipment until we've processed your return. In case their are any issues with your return our Customer Service team may need this to help you track your package.
Step 3. Conformation
Once our warehouse has received and processed the return(s) you'll receive an email confirming your return and refund.
Please note: Your refund will be done via the same payment method originally used for the purchase. This can take up 1-2 working days to be visible on your account, depending on your payment method and bank.
WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM
In case you’ve received a wrong or damaged item, please send an email with your ordernumber, a description and photo of the issue to customerservice@stieglitz.nl and we will find a solution.
