I would like to return my order

We have extended our exchange and return period from 14 days to 30 days. The same rules apply regarding the state of the items (with tags, unworn and unwashed). If you have any queries please reach us via e-mail to customerservice@stieglitz.nl.

Your return or refund will be processed within 10 working days. Please make sure that you make use of the return form which comes with your order so that we can process your return. If you have any questions about your return, or if you lost your return form, shoot us a message at customerservice@stieglitz.nl.

 

I returned my order but never received a refund

Please make sure that when you return a package to Stieglitz to add the return form to the package. Without a return form/order details we can’t trace the item back to you and therefore handle the return correctly. If you did not add the return form to your package we cannot process the order.

 

When you return your order make sure you do this with a track & trace number. In that case, if package does not arrive or arrives without customer details, we can still track down the order. If you can’t prove that the order has been returned we cannot do anything for you. If the order was returned (with or without track & trace) and lost permanently during shipping, we cannot offer a refund of any kind. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the package arrives safely back to our warehouse.

 

Return costs

Any shipping charges that may apply on returns or exchanges will not be refunded. Only if you need exchange or return an item due to a mistake on our side, we will take care of the shipping charges for the return. Please contact customerservice@stieglitz.nl so we can send you a return label.

 

How long does it take to refund my money?

When we receive your return at the office it can take up to 10 working days to process your return. Our system uses the same payment method with which you made your payment to refund you. Therefore, it is not possible to change payment details. It can take up to two working days for the money to be transferred back into your account.

 

The return period of 30 days has expired, can I still return or exchange my order?

Unfortunately not. In this case you will receive a store credit instead of a refund. If there is a special reason you did not return your item(s) within the 30-day return period, please contact customerservice@stieglitz.nl before returning your order so we can find a solution together.

 

Can I return my items bought during sale periods?

Yes, you can return your items bought during sale periods. Note that returns can only be processed with a receipt.

 

Can I return my items bought with a special promotion code?

Yes, that discount was a gift from us to you. Note that returns can only be processed with a receipt.

 

Can I return items bought during a sample sale?

No, items bought during one of our sample sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
