1.

I did not receive a confirmation e-mail after placing my order. What should I do?

Starting with checking your spam folder. Also sometimes it can take up to several hours for your confirmation e-mail to arrive in your Inbox. If you have not received it after 2 hours, please send an e-mail to customerservice@stieglitz.nl.

Can I cancel my order after I placed it?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel an order as it is almost immediately shipped. However, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund. The cost of a return is liable to the customer.

3.

I received faulty or the wrong item(s). What should I do?

In the rare circumstances that you receive faulty or the wrong item(s), contact us at customerservice@stieglitz.nl immediately, attaching pictures of the items.

Payments

What payment methods does Stieglitz accept?

We accept payments made via iDEAL, Bancontact and Sofort. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Americal Express and payments through PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted. We do not store your credit card information.

2.

In which currencies can I pay on Stieglitz.nl?

On Stieglitz.nl you can currently pay in Euro €.

3.

It seems like my payment was rejected. What should I do?

If you have issues with payment, please contact your bank or issuer of your card.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 7.00 pm (Central European Time) during from Monday till Saturday will be shipped on the same day.

Please note: in busy periods like sale or big launches some delays may happen. Your order can be delayed with 1 working day.

Can my order be shipped to a PO box address?

No, unfortunately we do not ship to PO box addresses.

Why hasn’t my order arrived within the indicated delivery time?

Unfortunately, occasional delays can occur with any courier. This is beyond the control of Stieglitz. However, we and our couriers make every effort to deliver an order as quickly as possible.

During sale periods, special deals or holiday seasons, delivery might take a bit longer than usual.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all the tags on and in the original packaging.  The cost of return shipping is 5.95 for EU countries.

How do I return my item(s)?

Register the items you want to return or exchange and generate your return label at https://stieglitz.nl/returns.

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all the tags on and in the original packaging. The cost of the return shipping label is EUR 5.95 for EU countries. The exchange label is free.

You can also return or exchange your items for free in our Amsterdam Store.

Return shipping for countries outside of EU is at your own expense (please contact customerservice@stieglitz.nl for non-EU returns instructions)

In case you’ve received a wrong or damaged item, please send an email with a description + photo of the issue to customerservice@stieglitz.nl and we will find a solution.

3.

How do I exchange my item(s) for free?

Register the items you want to exchange for a different size at https://stieglitz.nl/returns. You will receive a free return label and we will ship your new size immediately.*

You can also exchange your items for free in ourAMS store.

*Free exchanges available in limited countries. See more information at our shipping & returns page.

4.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive a refund as soon as our warehouse has processed your return. Processing returns can take up to 14 working days. Your money will be refunded via the same payment method originally used for the purchase. This can take up 1-2 working days to be visible on your account, depending on your payment method and bank.

The return period of 30 days has expired, can I still return or exchange my order?

Unfortunately, you can’t. If there is a certain reason you did not return your item(s) within the 30-day return period, please contact customerservice@stieglitz.nl before returning your order so we can find a solution together.

Can I return items purchased during sale period?

Yes, you can return your items bought during sale periods. Note that returns can only be processed with a receipt.

Can I return items purchased with a special promotion code?

Yes, that discount was a gift from us to you. Note that returns can only be processed with a receipt.

Promotions & discounts

My discount code is not working. What should I do?

Discount codes are case sensitive, so please copy and paste it exactly as you received it. Discount codes can only be applied once in an order.

2.

Can I combine different promotions?

No, it is only possible to use one discount code per purchase. Discount codes are only valid on full-priced items unless stated otherwise.

Products & stock

What if my flares or palazzos are too long?

All of our flares and palazzos can be altered up to -10 cm in length without losing its flared fit.

We offer a free in-store service and alter yours with care. Before booking the service, we advise you to wash them inside out at 30 °C, do not tumble dry.

I’m not sure which size to take. Can you help me?

We provide standardized body measurements for each size in the size chart visible on every product page. Therefore, you can estimate which size you need. In case you are still unsure and need help, we are happy to help you. Please contact us at customerservice@stieglitz.nl.

How do I take care of my Stieglitz items?

You can find the care instructions for each garment on the care labels found inside our products. Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure that you can enjoy your Stieglitz items for a long time.

The item that I received looks slightly different than the photo on the website. How is this possible?

Many of our allover prints are designed by hand in our Atelier in Amsterdam. With craftsmanship comes uniqueness. We cannot guarantee that the print is placed exactly how it looks on the website. However, we can guarantee that each item is made with love and care in the highest quality standards.

The item I’d like to purchase is out of stock. Will it come back in stock?

Sustainability & CSR
1.

Where is Stieglitz on sustainability?

We love talking to our customers about sustainability. To us, sustainability is rather a journey than a destination, which means that we acknowledge that it is not something we can achieve overnight. We are taking steps, one-by-one, to reduce our environmental impact. We are constantly looking for ways within our supply chain to have less carbon footprint. Up until now, we have replaced all generic cotton in our collection with organic cotton. Want to know more about our journey? Read on at our sustainability page.

What materials does Stieglitz use?

All materials are to be found on each product page and on the care label inside every garment. All of the cotton we use is organic. We are currently working on replacing all our synthetic fibers with recycled synthetic fibers. Soon, we will make the move from generic viscose to LENZING™ ECOVERO™. The manufacturing of LENZING™ ECOVERO™ fibers generates up to 50% lower emissions and water impact compared to generic viscose. Read more about LENZING™ ECOVERO™ here.

Where does Stieglitz manufacture its products?

Our products are manufactured in Turkey, Greece, Northern Macedonia, Pakistan, China and India. You can find more detailed information here.

How does Stieglitz get involved with the locals from the place a collection is inspired by?

Taking inspiration from around the world, we are committed to involving locals as we are in treating their cultures with respect. Starting with our SS21 collection, we will be doing collaborative work with local women to create limited-edition lines specially produced for Stieglitz. This way, we can include authentic knowledge and craftsmanship, at the same time giving it platform among our customers.

Want to shorten your flare?

We offer a free in-store service and alter yours with care. Your Stieglitz flares can be shortened up to 10 cm without loosing its flared shape.

Before booking the service, we advise you to wash them inside out at 30 °C, do not tumble dry.
