RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Register the items you want to return or exchange and generate your return label at https://stieglitz.nl/returns. *

  • Note that only items registered via the link above can be refunded. Merging orders is unfortunately not possible due to our automated process to process your returns as soon as possible.
     
  • You are welcome to return or exchange article(s) from your online order within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all labels attached and in their original packaging.

  • We offer free exchanges within the EU*
    Free exchanges are only available once per order.

  • The cost of a return label starts from EUR 5.95 for EU countries. For all countries outside the EU, please consult the costs and taxes in your country.

  • Please make sure you keep your proof of postage when returning a package. In case their are any issues our Customer Service team may need this to help you track your package.

  • In case you’ve received a wrong or damaged item, please send an email with a description + photo of the issue to customerservice@stieglitz.nl and we will find a solution.

    Please note: Your return package will be processed in our warehouse, this can take a up to 14 working days. Your refund will be done via the same payment method originally used for the purchase. This can take up 1-2 working days to be visible on your account (after your return is processed in the warehouse), depending on your payment method and bank.

    If your country is not listed you're welcome to return with your own preferred shipping company. Please note we don't reimburse your return costs.

CUSTOMS & BREXIT

CUSTOMS

In some cases, customs/import duties are charged once the parcel enters its destination country. Stieglitz takes care of the shipment, but not of the possible additional expenses.

Stieglitz has no control over these charges and cannot give more information about the additional cost. We’d suggest to contact your local customs office for more information on the current rules, so you won’t be surprised by unexpected fees.

BREXIT

Extra taxes upon arrival in the United Kingdom can be explained as a result of Brexit. From 1 January 2021, VAT and customs regulations make a distinction based on the value of goods sent to the United Kingdom. The threshold is £135. 



Goods not exceeding £135 in value: the goods are liable to United Kingdom VAT. There are no additional charges the customer will be charged for upon receipt of the goods.

Goods exceeding £135 in value: the goods are liable to United Kingdom VAT. There is an additional customs import fee of approximately 20%.
