How long does it take to ship my order?
For shipping in the Netherlands, we offer Standard, Service Point and Express delivery. You can also pick-up your order in our store in Amsterdam.

 

  • Standard delivery (DHL) – 1-3 working days (€4,95) – for the Netherlands
  • Service point delivery (DHL & PostNL) – 1-3 working days (€4,95) – for the Netherlands. Choose a pick-up point where you can collect your order
  • International shipping (EU) – 1-5 working days (€12,00) – Depending on the country
  • International shipping (Non-EU countries) – 1-10 working days (€25,00)

 

During sale periods, special deals or holiday seasons, delivery might take a bit longer than usual.

 

 

How can I follow my order?
After the courier has scanned your package, you will receive a trace&trace code via email. This is can take a few hours after your order has been completed. Never received this e-mail with your track & trace? Please contact customerservice@stieglitz.nl.

 

Track & trace says my package is delivered but I didn’t receive anything?
If your order did not arrive, please check the track&trace code for more information first. For any questions regarding your order, please write us an email: customerservice@stieglitz.nl Your questions will be answered within one or two days.

 

I didn’t receive an order confirmation.
Always make sure that you enter the correct email address. It is also possible that our email was sent to your spam box. If you cannot find the order confirmation in your spam box, please contact us at customerservice@stieglitz.nl.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or changed as long as they have not left our warehouse yet. Changes can only be made to sizes, not items. Please contact customerservice@stieglitz.nl if you want to cancel or change your order.

 

I filled out the wrong address, what now?
If the order has not left the warehouse we might still be able to change the address, please contact us at customerservice@stieglitz.nl Once the order has left our warehouse we will do our very best, but we have no influence on or responsibility for the retrieval of the package.

 

The delivery time/day of my package is delayed.
When your delivery is delayed you can contact us at customerservice@stieglitz.nl In all likelihood, there is either something wrong with the shipping address or with the courier company. We will start an investigation with the courier company to locate your package. The courier company has up to 5 working days to response. We will keep you posted with updates via email as soon as we find out more. Keep in mind that during peak seasons couriers can experience delays, such as during Christmas and national holidays.

 

My package got lost, what to do?
If your package got lost, you can contact us at customerservice@stieglitz.nl In all likelihood, there is either something wrong with the shipping address or with the courier company. We will start an investigation with the courier company to locate your package. The courier company has up to 5 working days to response. We will keep you posted with updates via email as soon as we find out more. We will figure it out together!
