Free shipping for orders over EUR 120.
Orders made before 10 pm during the weekdays will be shipped on the same day. Orders made in the weekend (latest Sunday 9 pm) will be shipped on Monday.
For orders below EUR 120, the following rates apply:
DHL Standard - EUR 4,95 (1-3 business days) Service point delivery via DHL/PostNL – EUR 4,95 (1-3 business days)

Europe
DPD - EUR 12 (1-5 business days)

Rest of the world
DPD - EUR 25 (5-10 business days)

During sale periods, special deals or holiday seasons, delivery might take a bit longer than usual.

Items purchased on stieglitz.nl are eligible for return and exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Returns & refunds

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all the tags on and in the original packaging.

Please fill in the return form that we have provided with your order, and include it in your return package.

Any shipping charges that may apply on returns or exchanges will not be reimbursed. Only in the case that you would like an exchange, or return an item due to a fault on our side will we take care of the shipping charges. Please contact customerservice@stieglitz.nl and we will provide you further information on how to proceed.

You will receive a refund, shipping costs excluded, within 5 to 10 working days from receipt at our warehouse. Your money will be refunded back via the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
