Returns & refunds
We offer returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all the tags on and in the original packaging.

The costs of return-shipping your product are at your own expense. Only in the case that you would like an exchange, or return an item due to a fault on our side will we take care of the shipping charges. If this is the case, please contact customerservice@stieglitz.nl and we will provide you with further information on how to proceed.
You will receive a refund within 5 to 10 working days from receipt at our warehouse. Your money will be refunded back via the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
